We believe that the key to being happy with us at Digital Dominance lies in curiosity, drive and great commitment. We care about each other and we want people who care working for us. Even though the goal we set for our customers – to dominate their industry – is not directly humble, humility between our employees is very important. It’s super-important, even. Certainly we have titles, the business cards has to say something, but titles don’t matter when it comes to making your voice heard. If you have ideas and thoughts, we would love to listen and make them a reality!

The requirements for our customers to dominate their industry are constantly changing (Google, we’re looking at you), which makes our work both challenging and stimulating. With us, you get to work in the forefront of the industry – and constantly learn new things. In other words, if you are looking for a monotonous work, we are probably not the right place for you.

We are a happy gang that likes to have fun together, and having fun at work has high priority! By that we don’t just mean fun kick off’s a few times a year but also – and perhaps above all! – laughing so hard you cry everyday, endless email threads with memes / gifs, surprising each other with rainbow-unicorn balloons and never-ending office pranks aimed at our CEO (please see our Instagram account @digitaldominance for evidence). There are also an internal lobby group that pushes the issue of having a ball sea in the office.
